1. General Terms

By participating in the Punjab State Lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The Punjab State Lottery is operated under the Punjab State Lottery Act and is open to residents of India who are 18 years or older.

1.1 Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age
Valid government-issued ID proof is required for ticket purchase and prize claims
Employees of Punjab State Lottery and their immediate family members are not eligible

1.2 Ticket Purchase

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
Each ticket has a unique serial number
The lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets

2. Prize Claims

All prize claims are subject to verification by Punjab State Lottery officials. Winners must present the original winning ticket and valid ID proof to claim prizes.

2.1 Claim Period

Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date
Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and transferred to the state welfare fund

2.2 Tax Deduction

All prizes above ₹10,000 are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Indian tax laws. Winners will receive Form 16A for tax filing purposes.

3. Draw Procedures

All draws are conducted under the supervision of government officials and independent auditors. Draw dates and times are published in advance on our website.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the lottery will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab. The decision of Punjab State Lottery officials shall be final and binding in all matters.

5. Responsible Gaming

Punjab State Lottery promotes responsible gaming. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek help from professional organizations.
